Affiliate Disclosure

Effective date: 28 May 2026

This page explains how Leverage Earn is funded and the conditions under which we would use affiliate links or sponsorships. NXXA Partners AB (org. nr. 559406-7240) provides this disclosure to comply with the Swedish Marketing Act (Marknadsföringslagen, SFS 2008:486), the EU Unfair Commercial Practices Directive (2005/29/EC), the US FTC 16 CFR Part 255, and the UK Advertising Standards Authority "ad" disclosure rules.

1. Current position

At the time of writing, Leverage Earn does not earn any affiliate commission, referral fee, or sponsorship revenue. Outbound links on the Site are plain (non-affiliate) links to platforms we mention for editorial reasons.

2. If this changes

If we ever join an affiliate programme (for example, Amazon Associates, an Upwork referral programme, Etsy affiliate, or a creator-tools network), we commit to the following:

  • Page-level disclosure: any article containing affiliate links will display a clear "This article contains affiliate links — see our affiliate disclosure" notice at the top, in line with Marknadsföringslagen § 10 (requirement that commercial communications must be clearly identifiable).
  • Inline disclosure: individual affiliate links will be flagged in context (typically with a small "affiliate" or "annonslänk" label), so you know before you click.
  • Editorial firewall: the existence of an affiliate relationship will not influence our recommendations. We will continue to feature non-affiliate alternatives where appropriate.
  • No price difference: affiliate links do not change the price you pay.

3. Sponsored content

If we ever publish sponsored content, it will be labelled clearly as "Sponsored" (or "Annons" for Swedish-language audiences) at the top of the page, in line with the Swedish Consumer Agency (Konsumentverket) guidance, the ASA guidance, and the FTC, and will not appear in our editorial method index unless that fact is also disclosed there.

4. Display advertising

At launch we do not run display advertising. If we add it later (for example via Google Ads or a programmatic ad network), we will: (a) update this page; (b) update our Cookie Policy; and (c) where required by Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive, request your consent for any tracking cookies before they are set.

5. Why we tell you this

Trust is the only thing this kind of publication has to sell. We would rather forgo affiliate revenue than mislead a reader. If we ever drift from these standards, please call us out — email contact@leverageearn.com.
