Effective date: 28 May 2026
Leverage Earn (operated by NXXA Partners AB, org. nr. 559406-7240) respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects users of the Site to do the same. This page sets out how to send a copyright complaint — either as a "DMCA notice" under the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act, or as a takedown request under the Swedish Copyright Act (Upphovsrättslagen, SFS 1960:729) and the EU Directive on Copyright in the Digital Single Market (2019/790).
1. Reporting alleged copyright infringement
If you believe content on https://leverageearn.com infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent that contains all of the following information. Notices that are missing required elements may not be actionable.
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple works on a single page, a representative list is acceptable.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of the infringing activity, with information sufficient to locate it (URL, screenshot, paragraph reference, etc.).
- Your contact information — full legal name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
2. Designated agent
Send copyright notices to:
NXXA Partners AB — Designated Agent
NXXA Partners AB (Org. nr. 559406-7240)
Email: dmca@leverageearn.com
Postal address: Repslagaregatan 19, 602 25 Norrköping, Sweden
We also accept notices at contact@leverageearn.com for routing.
3. What we will do
On receipt of a complete notice we will:
- Acknowledge receipt within a reasonable time (typically 3 business days).
- Promptly review the allegation and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material.
- Notify the affected user (where one exists) so they may submit a counter-notice if they believe the removal was in error.
4. Counter-notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material removed and the location it appeared on the Site before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction of (a) the federal court for the judicial district where your address is located if your address is within the United States, or (b) the courts of Sweden (Norrköpings tingsrätt) if your address is outside the United States, and that you will accept service of process from the complaining party.
We will forward the counter-notice to the complaining party. If they do not file a court action within 10 business days, we may restore the removed material.
5. Repeat infringers
In appropriate circumstances we will terminate the access of users and account holders who are repeat infringers.
6. Misrepresentation
Submitting a knowingly false copyright notice or counter-notice is a federal offence in the US under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) and may also expose you to liability under Swedish and EU law for misuse of legal process and damages under the Swedish Copyright Act. Please consider whether your concern is actually a fair-use, news-reporting, quotation, or parody matter before filing.
7. EU / Swedish equivalents
Rights holders located in Sweden or elsewhere in the EU may submit takedown requests under the same procedure as above. Swedish notices may additionally cite the relevant provision of the Upphovsrättslagen (the Swedish Copyright Act) and, where applicable, Article 17 of EU Directive 2019/790. We are based at Repslagaregatan 19, 602 25 Norrköping, Sweden.
