Refund Policy
Effective date: 28 May 2026
This Refund Policy explains what happens if you ever pay Leverage Earn (operated by NXXA Partners AB, org. nr. 559406-7240) for a product or service. It is provided for transparency even though, at present, Leverage Earn does not sell anything.
1. We do not currently sell products or services
At the time of writing, Leverage Earn is a free-to-read editorial publication. We do not sell courses, ebooks, memberships, coaching, downloads, software, or any other paid product or service through https://leverageearn.com.
Because of this, there is presently nothing to refund. If you believe you were charged by an organisation claiming to be NXXA Partners AB, this is highly likely to be fraud — please contact us at contact@leverageearn.com straight away.
2. If we ever do offer paid products
If Leverage Earn introduces a paid product (for example, a downloadable PDF or a paid newsletter), the following baseline will apply unless we publish more specific terms at the point of sale:
- EU consumers — 14-day right of withdrawal under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Lag (2005:59) om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler) implementing the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason and receive a full refund.
- Digital content exception: the 14-day right does not apply if you have started downloading or streaming the digital content and you have expressly consented to the supply beginning before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal. We will make this clear and require an active opt-in at checkout for any digital good.
- Faulty or not-as-described items: you are entitled to a remedy under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen) regardless of the 14-day window.
- Outside the EU: we will aim to offer the same 14-day window as a goodwill standard.
3. How to request a refund (when applicable)
Email contact@leverageearn.com with your order reference, the email used to purchase, and a brief description of the reason. We will respond within 5 business days and process approved refunds within 14 days, using the original payment method. This is consistent with Article 13 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
4. Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank or card issuer — most issues can be resolved more quickly and fully via email.
5. Alternative dispute resolution
EU consumers may submit complaints via the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, or contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden / ARN) at arn.se.
6. Changes
If we begin to sell products or services, we will update this Refund Policy with the specific terms for those products before they are sold. The "Effective date" at the top of this page will be updated accordingly.
